The Rainbow Pride Foundation welcomes enquiries from community members, allies, volunteers, service providers, media and potential partners. This page explains how to reach the team, what information helps us respond well, and how we handle confidential matters.
How to get in touch
The foundation is based in Fiji and works with partners across the Pacific. Enquiries are handled by the secretariat, which routes each message to the person best placed to respond. Because the team is small and frequently in the field, a reply can take a few days; if your matter is urgent, please say so in the subject line.

For partnership proposals, include the organisation you represent, the programme area you are interested in, and what you are proposing. For volunteering, tell us what skills you would like to contribute and how much time you can offer. For resource requests, specify the material you need and how you intend to use it.
Confidential enquiries
If you are contacting us about a personal situation, a safety concern or a safeguarding issue, you do not need to share more than you are comfortable with in a first message. Please indicate that the matter is confidential, and the team will respond through an appropriate channel. We do not discuss individual cases with third parties without consent.
Media enquiries
Journalists and media organisations are asked to contact the foundation before publishing material that identifies community members or describes individual cases. The team can provide background, verify details and, where appropriate, arrange interviews with people who have agreed in advance to speak.
What to include in your message
- Your name and the best way to reach you.
- The nature of your enquiry, in one or two sentences.
- Whether the matter is confidential or time-sensitive.
- Any relevant organisation, programme or deadline.
- Whether you need the material in a particular format.
Enquiry routes at a glance
The table below suggests the best route depending on what you need. It is a guide rather than a set of rules: if you are unsure, send the enquiry anyway and the team will route it.
| Your enquiry | Best route | What helps us respond |
|---|---|---|
| Partnership or collaboration | Email the secretariat | Organisation, programme area, proposal outline |
| Volunteering | Email the secretariat | Skills offered and time available |
| Resource request | Email the secretariat | Material needed and intended use |
| Media enquiry | Email with “Media” in the subject | Outlet, deadline and angle |
| Personal or safety concern | Email marked confidential | Only what you wish to share |
| General question | Email or official social media | A short description of your question |
Staying in contact
The foundation publishes updates through its blog and its official social media accounts, and these are usually the fastest way to see what the team is working on. Current contact addresses, phone numbers and office arrangements are confirmed through those official channels, because they change with programme cycles and staffing.
If you have contacted the team and have not heard back within a reasonable time, please send a short follow-up. Messages occasionally get lost, and a reminder is never an inconvenience.
